This issue affected only customers who purchased the aircraft from the MSFS Marketplace. It was caused by an unexpected server error during the aircraft ingestion process, which broke all glass instruments.
The aircraft has been resubmitted to the Marketplace, and the issue will be fixed in the Marketplace’s next update.
