[MSFS2024] iniManager doesn't "finish" download/install

Had this now repeatedly when trying to install from the latest build of the IM.  Although it says everything's installed, it still appears to be extracting according to the Active Downloads button/popup.  I've tried uninstalling IM, clearing the AppData folders then re-installing and have the same issue.

To check it wasn't an issue with the aircraft's install, I tried to uninstall it (after an IM reinstall) and despite the folder not being in the install location, it never finished uninstalling either...
