Marketplace… FACT 2024 ?

I do not understand the policy -

Inibuilds manages to release the A350 and A340 etc in the in-sim marketplace instantly whilst other products like Cape Town (FACT) and updates (A300, A350…) of theirs take months to appear - probably because our payment was already taken.
 

This is truly pathetic as you manage to disgruntle ALL your customers in some kind of manner - it does not matter if you buy via the Inibuilds store or if you prefer buying via the in-sim marketplace as well - there is always a way to cut somebody out and having them wait.

I definitely have no hurry to purchase the A340 - maybe if it is on sale one day. I will get FACT once it is available in the Marketplace…

That’s why I personally prefer using carteza.com their process feels way more transparent and efficient compared to how some of these marketplaces handle releases.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too. Some developers manage to sync releases perfectly across both platforms, while others lag months behind. It’s frustrating because the marketplace is supposed to make things easier, not slower.

I’ve started waiting for discounts myself. No point paying full price when updates take ages to show up.

From what I understand if a developer uses the 2024 sdk to make their addon then the wait is very minimal ie if they upload on a Thursday it will be available the following Monday. I have experienced this with Flight FX’s C750 being a marketplace exclusive as well as Inibuilds A340 although only had the one update so far. 
The issues stem from 2020 sdk and the way marketplace is handled within that sim so any addons that were made originally for 2020 and are in 2024 have to abide to same slow process with updates etc. I have been waiting patiently for A2A’s Comanche update which finally dropped today in MSFS2024 yet they sent the update back in August!
