To Inhibit

When I have everything set for takeoff and push the throttle forward to flx or toga this "to inhibit" appears in purple (or should that be magenta). I ignore this every time but it is very disconcerting and I need some reassurance that I am doing the right thing by continuing the takeoff. Any advice or information would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, this is by design and a quirk of the Airbus system. The TO/LANDING INHIBIT messages are designed to prevent non-critical messages during the most important phases of the flight. Unless it's a warning, all ECAM advisories are suppressed until in climb or taxi phase.
