Hi,

First of all apologies but I can't find a forum where I can ask for support about the Impulse 100 aircraft that I bought.

I would like to know if there is any manual or documentation for the aircraft.

I'm surely doing something wrong but in all my flights the engine dies.

No Suport Forum for this plane and Contact Form only throws a general Error when trying to send anything. 
I bought the Poket Rocket today on the MSFS 2024 marcetplace and the plane is total broken. PFD not switching on MFD hanging on boot. Checklist not working and mentioning switches that are simply not there. Like the engine starte button for instance. 
If started via shortcut the engine dies after a minute. It is completly unusable and I payed 17 Euros for that ...

When will it be fixed and if not how do I get a refund?

Hi there! I'm one of the developers of the Pocket Rocket. 

The issue with the marketplace purchases has to do with "incompatibilities" with the marketplace and not with the aircraft. Those are fixed and the changes has been pushed to Microsoft already. We expect very soon to be available, so you can enjoy this unique aircraft!
