Terrain radar not working

Terr radar is not appearing on Nd and Vd, I have all systems On in the surveillance page and nothing shows on nd when terr is active, the weather radar seems to work but not the terrain, I using the latest version and Xbox.

Terrain Display on Xbox is not functional at this time due to platform limitations that give unreliable data. It cannot be implemented without resolution at the platform level. We do not have any additional information at this time if or when this can be addressed. Thanks.
