iniManager 2.4.7 -Unable to update A350

After clicking update, I have been unable to connect and have no speed.Open the Alternate download and it still can't be updated.Tried turning on VPN, same result.

Similar issue, although in my case the products go into a non-existent queue.

 

 

The app seems to think something is downloading but there is indeed nothing downloading.

 

Edit: Fixed by uninstall and clearing inimanager files from appdata both local and roaming followed by a reinstall.

Can you try clearing your iniManager cache folders in %appdata%/Local & /Roaming? 
Should clear up the issue. Please let me know if not!

Hi, I followed your instructions but it still doesn't work. I even uninstalled the A350 but couldn't reinstall it.

Please reach out to our direct support and explain the situation. Include the screenshots and mention that you have already attempted reinstalling, alternate downloader etc.
