Missing wheels on vehicle

This vehicle in front of the terminal is missing practically all of its wheels.

Hello,

Have you disabled the default LOWI? This car is not supposed to be on the scenery either way. Also may be worth reinstalling as well as clearing your scenery indexes.

Hi, yes, I cleared my scenery indexes after taking the above screenshot and confirmed no other LOWI is enabled. I also stopped GSX as it looked like it was from there, but that didn't change anything.
