I have downloaded the latest iniManager and then uninstalled the F406 and re-installed but the package # in the Manifest still shows

version 1.0.1? Has that not been updated or how else will I know if I have the latest version 1.0.2 installed.

Please try uninstalling the iniManager, then clear all iniManager files in \AppData\Roaming and \AppData\Local. Afterwards, install the .exe from the official website.

This process will net you a clean and new install of the iniManager. Please let me know if this lets you install the newest version.
I understand you already have reinstalled, but clearing the cache along with a new .exe install may resolve it.

Thanks for the help, managed to installed the new version, and to let you know the sim is now shutting as well unlike before.
