P.Smith Posted August 8 Posted August 8 Hello Guys: I'm having an issue in that IniManager wouldn't update the A350 or some Sceneries even after confirming the correct path.. I directed the A350 to install its update into an alternative path, where the aircraft install most definitely isn't, and things updated and then i cut and pasted the files over the top of the existing installation. I'm assuming that I am using the current version of IniManager as asking it to update itself results in it declaring that it is not needed, however the same thing happened with some of my sceneries, although in this instance I haven't bothered troubleshooting and left them as is. Any suggestions? Best S
Eddie Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Hi there, What version does the iniManager say you're on? You may have to uninstall it entirely, clear the cache folders in \AppData\Roaming and \AppData\Local then re-installing the .exe from the official website again. We recently pushed a new iniManager update that may not have been installed properly on your system. Let me know if that makes any difference 🙂 Thank you 1 EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Andrea C. Posted August 16 Posted August 16 (edited) I also tried reinstalling ini manager but nothing. When it gets to the end of the installation, a red message appears (it looks like a directory) and the A350 doesn't install. MSFS2020 Edited August 16 by Andrea C.
pete_auau Posted August 16 Posted August 16 ok more info on this at the end of the install in red it said enoent: no such files or directory, stat e \msfs\community\inbuilds a350\ materiallibs\condensation\textures\start-smoke-y,png,dds,json did the rest of yous get this as well
mwa05 Posted August 16 Posted August 16 Me too, can’t update the A350 to 1.1.4 and because I uninstall before updating, I no longer have an A350!

Forgot about the post and tried updating the 350 again today and hit the same issues and then remembered this post! Doh! ill have a crack at your instructions this week and let you know. thanks for the response.
mwa05 Posted August 16 Posted August 16 I don’t think this is a iniManager issue, the MSFS 2020 installer for the A350 seems to be missing a file so the run routine won’t allow it to install. I raised a ticket. I still had a copy of iniManager 2.4.6 and the A350 won’t install through it either as it throws the same error.

Andrea C. Posted August 16 Posted August 16 (edited) Same thing for me, inimanager says it's installed but the airplane isn't there. If I close and reopen inimanager, the airplane doesn't actually appear to be installed. Edited August 16 by Andrea C.
mehazak Posted August 16 Posted August 16 Hello everyone, Today I tried to re-install the A350 after it's latest updates. However, the addon won't get installed... every attempt ends with the error messages "no such path specified", although the community file of my sim (FS2020) is specified and recognized by the inimanager. I have already tried to delete the inimanager files in the AppData folder, but the problem persists. Any help would be highly appreciated. Kind Regards mehazak
C. Schaffhausen Posted August 16 Posted August 16 (edited) Same issue, can't install/update my A350, the progress shows all complete but when I check the community folder the aircraft isn't there. This is the second issue I've encountered with IniManager and it's getting embarrassing for the team really. 🤦♂️ Edit: 1 full day later, still not working Edited August 17 by C. Schaffhausen 1 1
