Ini are already adding a plane that hasn't entered service or has been certified, so I don't see why not.

Why is this not planned? Would be a nice variant to have in sim

How is Inibuilds supposed to add a Aircraft that is in still development and hasn't made a single flight yet, noone knows how it behaves and noone knows it's performance. And if they add it, they need to remake the entire aircraft when the real gets delivered.

ini are already adding an A343P2F that is neither certified, nor operated irl. Performance figures are available and ini does not aim for a realistic simulation in the first place, so I don't see why.
