Slip342 Posted August 2 Posted August 2 (edited) As of the start of August 2025: The INI A300-600R is still broken and the developers dont seem to have any intent to fix it. Half the switches are inverted The panel text textures flicker in and out FF gauge is completely broken on the PW variant Aircraft seems to bank left or right with no reason, forcing the player or autopilot to fight a constant roll, this seems to come and go at random. Tablet is completely useless and will not take any text input from the xbox ui keyboard. This is among many other problems users have reported on the forums. I am not sure how such a product can still be listed and available for sale when its in an almost completely broken state. At this stage it seems like this aircraft is abandonware. If anyone is considering purchasing the A300-600R(F) on the marketplace for XBOX I warn you to stay far away for now. Edited August 2 by Slip342
Niko Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Since the beginning of the year, an EU directive has changed significantly: software companies can now be held liable if they knowingly market defective software. All software—including operating systems, applications, and AI systems—is now considered a “product” under the EU Product Liability Directive (EU) 2024/2853, which came into force on December 8, 2024. This new edition extends liability to digital products and holds manufacturers responsible for damages caused by product defects, even without proof of fault. This includes missing or insufficient software updates, security vulnerabilities, and malfunctioning AI systems. Additionally, manufacturers are obliged to keep their products safe through updates after sale; failure to do so can be regarded as a product defect. Liability may extend up to 10 years and covers new damage categories such as data loss and psychological harm. The first lawsuits, for example in the entertainment industry, were already filed in July 2025. Regarding your specific situation, it would therefore be justified to demand a refund from inibuilds if no prospect of defect-free software is shown, as the directive significantly strengthens consumer protection and imposes strict liability requirements on manufacturers. google for European Product Liability Directive (EU) 2024/2853, Official Journal of the EU, 23 October 2024: • Fladgate LLP, “The EU’s New Product Liability Directive: What It Means for Software,” May 2025 • Contrast Security, “Software Defects = Potential Lawsuits,” March 2025 • Reedsmith LLP, “The New EU Product Liability Directive: Implications for Software,” July 2025 • Kothes Rechtsanwälte, “The New EU Product Liability Directive,” January 2025

Slip342 Posted 53 minutes ago Author Posted 53 minutes ago I see that V1.1.6 was released all the way back in may. Unfortunately MSFS 2020 marketplace only has V1.1.5 still 3 months later, would be nice to get 1.1.6 on the XBOX marketplace since it seems to fix many of the issues.
