Hey...

I bought a few sceneries and for one I get no download option. SoI cannot install the scenery.

I use the windows app and also tried to remove the IniManager from AppData/Roaming in order to have a fresh install. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problems.

Any ideas?

I do have a very similar issue with a purchase for X-Plane 11/12 today (Aug. 04, 2025). No download option, similar to the above screenshot. Already opened a support ticket.

I also opened a ticket.

After installation of several clients and verification of app versions, support provided a manual download link.

After installation, the scenery is recognized as "installed", but the screen in the app still looks the same.

They will further look into this problem and will try to find a proper solution for it.
