haider995 Posted July 26 Posted July 26 iniManager crashes every time I try to download it. For example, when I try to download the latest update for the A350, it takes about 2 seconds before the iniManager simply closes itself. This happens every time I try, including for liveries and so on. Even a reinstallation didn't help. 1
haider995 Posted July 31 Author Posted July 31 Can anyone help me with the problem I can't do any updates
Eddie Posted July 31 Posted July 31 Hello, Please try uninstalling entirely, clearing your cache folders (C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\iniManager) afterwards then installing it again via the website. Let me know if that solves your issue. Thank you 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
haider995 Posted August 1 Author Posted August 1 Thanks for your reply. I did exactly as you described, but it didn't help. Here's a video of what happens when I try to start the download. Bildschirmaufnahme 2025-08-01 180513.mp4

Eddie Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Hello, Please reach out to direct support and explain the situation. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you 🙂 1 EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
Atul Posted August 13 Posted August 13 I'm having exactly the same issue as well. Will try reaching the direct support for sure but appears to be not just one person's issue. First time inimanager is crashing like this and the same upon a clean reinstallation as well.
Greg Kelly Posted August 13 Posted August 13 Hi Eddie I had similar problems loading after the update. I cleared out the community folder and the WASM folder of the A350, reinstalled he A350 for the Inimanager, but to no avali as it just gave me 4 CTDs after it tried loading it. I found that the planes that came after wards were fine, just not the A350,
Atul Posted August 15 Posted August 15 Hi, i contacted the direct support as linked by Eddie above. They were quick enough to respond with a debugged ini manager.exe file. Before installing the debugged installation file, make sure you uninstall the current ini manager and delete all the files within this folder (C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\iniManager). Then install the provided *.exe file. That helped at my end at least. I'm not sharing that particular file here as I'm not sure if I'm allowed to but try contacting direct support.

Atul Posted August 24 Posted August 24 Update: Nah... it only worked once. With the new A350 update 1.1.4 out, two issues.. 1. Doesn't download the update as it never starts even though it shows downloading. 2. Re-try crashes the app just like before. I tend to be patient with issues and troubleshooting but sometimes it gets a bit frustrating when you finally have time to do a flight and yeah you spend 2-3 hours just finding a workaround for the issues..
