tdohrer Posted July 25 Posted July 25 Hello, Trying to update the A350 and it wont download. Here is what is happening when I click on update.
Eddie Posted July 25 Posted July 25 Hello, Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try using the "Alternate Downloader" by clicking your username and scrolling down until you see the option. Restart the program and attempt the install again. Let me know if that resolves it! Thank you 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Can you please uninstall the ini manager you have installed now and install the one from here? https://drive.google.com/file/d/17BV10BDAdAe-qwJWotGaiBmecU7RSaeB/view?usp=sharing Let me know if that resolves it. tdohrer Posted Sunday at 04:52 PM Author Posted Sunday at 04:52 PM No change still gets put in que and wont download. Also the app is very slow to open, from clicking on it, probally 3-5 mins for it to open up.
Eddie Posted Tuesday at 05:35 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:35 PM Hello, That's very odd. Have you enabled auto-updates for the iniManager via the settings? Thank you EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
tdohrer Posted Tuesday at 05:42 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 05:42 PM Nope i have to click update for them to update.
Eddie Posted Tuesday at 05:46 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:46 PM Ok, try enabling the auto update for the iniManager, not your products. Restart the app and check again. Let me know if that does anything! 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
Eddie Posted Tuesday at 06:13 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:13 PM Not sure what could be going on here. Would you mind grabbing a debug version of the iniManager then sending us the log? May be the only way we can figure this out. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WJSgUsFW1y2cfADqn7tvHrSbRFvRH_KQ/view?usp=sharing Thank you EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
tdohrer Posted Tuesday at 06:32 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 06:32 PM Got downloaded, same result where is this log at?
Eddie Posted Tuesday at 06:35 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:35 PM "Debug" on the left side menu. Should be able to download a log there. EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
tdohrer Posted Tuesday at 06:52 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 06:52 PM Tried to upload it but it says it is to big, is there an email I can send it to?
Eddie Posted Tuesday at 07:20 PM Posted Tuesday at 07:20 PM Clear your log first then try the update again on one product. EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Narco5 Posted Thursday at 03:07 AM Posted Thursday at 03:07 AM Ok, looks like you have to log out of the app first. Uninstall the app, then reinstall. Then reboot pc, and then re-login to app after reboot. After all this, now it's working for me again.
golfer32 Posted Thursday at 04:21 AM Posted Thursday at 04:21 AM Thank you Narco5!! I was having the same problem, couldn't update or download anything. Your solution fixed it for me too.
Eddie Posted Thursday at 05:49 PM Posted Thursday at 05:49 PM Thank you for confirming the fix. We pushed an update to the LIVE version that should address most of these issues. If anyone else sees this, please follow the above method by @Narco5 as that ensures you are on the most up to date version. Thank you! EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
