Hello,

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try using the "Alternate Downloader" by clicking your username and scrolling down until you see the option. Restart the program and attempt the install again. Let me know if that resolves it!

Please try clearing your cache folders in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\

No change still gets put in que and wont download.

Also the app is very slow to open, from clicking on it, probally 3-5 mins for it to open up.

I am not understanding how that will help me upload the debug file? It is over the limit of 7.81 MB, the file is roughly 9.7

Is there a solution to this problem?  I am having the same issue.  I have tried some of the suggestions mentioned above already.

Ok, looks like you have to log out of the app first.  Uninstall the app, then reinstall.  Then reboot pc, and then re-login to app after reboot.  After all this, now it's working for me again.

Thank you for confirming the fix. We pushed an update to the LIVE version that should address most of these issues. If anyone else sees this, please follow the above method by @Narco5 as that ensures you are on the most up to date version.
