When starting any flight with the A350 in MSFS 2020, it crashes before any image. Usually it says: it collided with object....

Also in the fast forward mode (>>), the plane immediately stalls or has already been crashed before flying. It seems to happen after version 1.1.1.

Hello,

Please get me the information from event viewer to better determine why the crash happens. You can view this by going to: Run -> eventvwr [enter] -> Windows Logs -> System.

The "fast forward" mode is not supported. Please use the built in "sim rate" options found in the OIS.
Thank you 🙂

Hi, wasn't able to get a crash dump as I have now fixed it, but the issue happens when using the reduced textures option in MSFS 2020. Removing them fixes it. Hope that helps.

Hello,

At first glance, I can't see any A350-specific issue, unfortunately. Are you by any chance also using the reduced textures option? @kerkhoff

If yes, try disabling it and let me know if you still experience crashes.
Thank you 🙂

No, I do not use reduced textures.

Maybe as it loads, already the standard settings  are causing this. Sometimes, after starting up, the plane is also already moving,

without any interaction. Maybe throttle should be off while loading??

Hello,

Have you ensured all damage and assists are turned off in the MSFS settings? Please double check as they sometimes have the habit of randomly resetting themselves.

Thank you
