BoeingSpeedbird Posted July 21 Posted July 21 Just decided to take the plunge to get the A350 for Xbox on marketplace given the deal advertised. Unfortunately, despite the deal being advertised until 21st July (which I presumed did include the 21st) the price has already gone to full price in UK of £79.89 and we’re still in the 21st July. Very disappointed.
Jack Dudley Posted July 22 Posted July 22 Mhm. That’s usually what happens. Ending on the 21st means it will be ending on the 21st. I bought it on the 20th, luckily so, as I thought this may happen. Shouldn’t have waited.
BoeingSpeedbird Posted July 22 Author Posted July 22 I thought it reasonable to assume it would be inclusive of 21st - strange advertising.
Jack Dudley Posted July 22 Posted July 22 I did think this as well, and I agree with you, I would have thought it means ending on 21st at like 00:00 UTC or 23:59 UTC.
Eddie Posted July 23 Posted July 23 Hello, I understand the frustration however I must disagree with the "strange advertising". We communicated that it ends 21st of July. The company runs on UK time, assuming you attempted to purchase the aircraft just before making this post, that would have been around an hour before the day ended in the UK. I hope you still decide to grab the aircraft and if you have, enjoy! Thank you 🙂 1 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
BoeingSpeedbird Posted July 23 Author Posted July 23 Yes, we have the same understanding then - the 21st includes the 21st, so I do still think it’s strange that within the 21st the deal had gone.
Micael xavier Posted July 24 Posted July 24 (edited) I bought it just a few minutes before the offer ended, I never leave anything to the last minute again 😅 Edited July 24 by Eddie Translated to ENGLISH.
BoeingSpeedbird Posted July 24 Author Posted July 24 Well, you were lucky. As above, if the offer is dated until 21st and it’s removed before the end of the 21st then the advertising is not only strange but also inaccurate.
CptPaul Posted July 24 Posted July 24 (edited) I get that you are frustrated as the deal date was not what you thought it would be but it stated until 21st! Lo and behold on the 21st the deal was no longer available. So the advertising was completely accurate. In my honest opinion the A350 is worth it, even at full price. The state of the plane that Inibuilds have gave us for an initial release is amazing. I honestly expected far less performance from it and more bugs than what has already been reported, so I was pleasantly surprised. Buy it now at full price and enjoy what Inibuilds have created or wait for another sale and an even more refined product. Have a wonderful day. Edited July 24 by CptPaul 1 1

BoeingSpeedbird Posted July 26 Author Posted July 26 My last post on this, but all I can say is it wasn’t available ON the 21st when I tried to buy it. It seems that if people are interpreting the end date/time differently then it wasn’t clear as it needed to be. Enough said. 1
