I dont understand how to get modern cockpit or EFB popup. Where is the clickspot? also how do you get the nice seats and overhead art? i looked in manual but didn't see any mention

You can select the cockpit variant from the selection screen prior to starting a flight. You click on the aircraft, then configure, then proceed to choose which version you'd like to use. See images. "Modern cockpit with modern panels" is what I believe you're looking for 🙂
