There are no lights for that in the cabin, so there's no need for the switch. Besides, it's small enough that you can turn around and yell "YO - GET BUCKED UP!" But you might want to warn them early, since every seat is equipped with a 5-point aerobatic harness that will take the average passenger extra time to get figured out...

then what is the area for that i'm showing in my screenshot

The aircraft that they scanned is scanned to a very high precision, and G-LEAF doesn't have the switches installed, but does have those blanks.

On other company aircraft, the cockpit is different, and some do have the switches installed

ah gotcha. was confused by their presence. always need a good seatbelt switch when you're dealing with dumb passengers
