Hello @Peter

I completely appreciate your position. We all live busy lives and we want this hobby to be enjoyable and not stressful. Please could you tell me what steps you have made to try and stop the crashes?

Thank you

Thank you for the response.  Im sorry, I dont understand the question.

As a paying customer, not a beta tester, what Am I suppose to do to " try and stop crashes"?

It seems that you're implying i do something more than pay YOU, install the aircraft and fly.

Please advise and perhaps show me in your terms of service what as a paying customer I should do further.. Thank you

Crashes can be hard to reproduce, so they need things like the save file to replicate it and take a look, that's just an issue with CTDs and WASM crashes you can't avoid.

Appreciate the feedback, however, Im not a beta tester. and/or developer.  Like so many other planes i own and fly, I do not have to save files, look at reports, etc...

Those things seem to be duties of a beta tester, not a paying customer. I would need to be compensated ( even with a free plane/ acess to other products) to provide that type of service. After all ,that's only fair.

Its not really something i want to do. I prefer to pay the full price and just enjoy flying the plane from point A to B. Rinse and repeat

A tester and/or dev can try and replicate it but it's a lot easier to just hand them the save file so they can look into it, it's unfortunate but it is what it is.

Why are you being so rude, moronic, and ridiculous about this? If you want to have your issue fixed, you must provide data to fix it. Not providing data means that the devs cannot possibly hope to fix it, as they don’t know the bug you are on about, or how to get at it, or where it is etc. Correct - you aren’t a beta tester. But if you want anything to be done, you need to talk, and GIVE DATA on the issue, instead of complaining about it. I don’t think iniBuilds will care, if they lose a customer. Especially not if the customer is being rude to moderators and other customers alike. So, I would advise you to get off your high horse, and either accept the offer to HELP you, or leave it, and don’t complain anymore. Have a nice day.

Mistake at top of paragraph, didn’t make grammatical sense.

Hello @Peter

I was referring to clearing your WASM folder, reinstalling the aircraft, starting a fresh community folder etc. We can help with all these things. Some of these issues users are facing are solved easily with some fresh files, some issues are MSFS issues which we have to work around and some are our bugs that we will or have fixed.

I am not asking you to be a Beta Tester, but I can send you some links if you wish which may help.

Hey Peter

Just give Inib a short description of what you did just before it crashes.
Not more complicated than to tell the mechanic at the car service what doesn't work with your car.
I mean, they need to start searching somewhere, right?

I dont really do anything. I leave and check in on the plane, and at some point I come back and the plane is flying off course and Im unable to get it back on course. The controls/switches/buttons simply dont repsond to my inputs. The plane is frozen

Check sensitivity on your controller stick/yoke. You might need a bit of a buffer.

no , i mean none of the controls respond. the flight deck is frozen.

Hello,

Do you have Discord @Peter? Flight deck freezes sounds like a WASM issue. Are you using MSFS 2020 or 2024?

Kindest.

@Peter Hello, we have created a server specifically to root out WASM crashes. If you are willing to contribute, please join; https://discord.gg/DuNYA4Mb

SU3 is not officially compatible with the A350 atm, SU3 is still Beta. I would advise returning to SU2.

Please also ensure your following the correct path for WASM when deleting.

And finally we are 100% determined to stamp on WASM related bugs and are going for a big push to do so.
