Add Configuration Options to GSX Integration

Currently, the GSX integration is either on or off, with no extra configuration options possible. However, just like in other aircraft it would be nice to have some options to control how the GSX integration works in the Aircraft.

Here are two things that I think should be an option:

• Auto Jetway Connection when loading in: On/Off
• GSX Menu Location: Window/OIS

And these could be expanded to how operations commence, like:

• Boarding while Refueling: On/Off
• Catering: On/Off,
• Automation of Water/Waste services: Before Departure/After Arrival/Both
   

For some reasoning behind the first two bullet points: Before starting the aircraft, I'd like to reposition the aircraft at the gate with GSX so it has the parking position matching the GSX profile of the airport. This becomes unhandy when you first have to start the aircraft to access the GSX menu, and then reconnect the Jetway after because the aircraft is now in a different position. I don't think that is the only reason why these options should be added though, and as it is with options, you can just configure them however you'd like.
