Passenger versus private charter?

What’s the difference between the A320n V2 private charter and passenger version? Not sure which one to select in free flight and not clearly obvious as to the difference(s).

The difference is one is curated to the career mode (private charter) and the other for normal free flight (passenger).

Not entirely sure what this means in terms of actual in-sim flying differences (if any), but thanks for the response.
