Lufthansa OFP Layout not showing Buttons in the EFB

hi, 

when I import a simbrief flightplan into the EFB, it only gives me the buttons on the right (see image) when I select the LIDO OFP Layout in simbrief.

how can I get the buttons for Lufthansa or EasyJet layout.
