Fix Info Rings still showing invalid FL and Distance v1.1

Hi! Its stated in the recent changelog for v1.1 that the fix info rings showing invalid FL and Distance has been fixed, yet I have encountered this resilient bug once again. I was flying the ULR this time.
 

Steps to replicate:

1.) Choose KJFK as destination.

2.) Choose Runway 22R. 
3.) Choose IGN1 arrival.

4.) Go to Fix Info and place 20nm rings around KJFK.

5.) It will give you an invalid FL and Distance as shown in the screenshot below.

On an additional note, changing the approach and runway still resulted in the same invalid data showing. Even changing the rings to 120nm still gave an invalid negative data.
