Eddie Posted Wednesday at 10:12 AM Posted Wednesday at 10:12 AM Hello, I can assure you that if we somehow could sit for a weekend and resolve all WASM crashes with ease, we would have done so a long time ago. It is important to understand that we want you all to be happy. We have fixed countless of different WASM crashes and most that WE can fix have been. There will always be more that are either user-specific or very situational, something impossible for us to catch in testing prior to pushing out a patch. At this point a simulator-wide fix is needed to substantially lessen / remove this issue. We are hopeful with SU3 release, these crashes will become a lot less if not eliminated entirely. Again, I understand your frustration and I get it feels like we aren't doing anything to resolve them, but we are and have been, it has just reached a point of "not much can be done". Thank you for your understanding 🙂 1 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Some are having WASM crashes with other airliners, too. Like I've mentioned, we have fixed the majority that are fixable from our end. I don't know what else to tell you to make you believe me. I have exhausted every single way to communicate this and will of course continue to do so but at this rate it does feel like no matter what is said, it falls on deaf ears regardless. Again, we want happy customers. Ignoring a problem as frustrating as WASM crashes is is not something we are doing or have done at any point. EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Sorry but I've RARELY (can't remember the last time) had issues with VASM crashes in other Airliners (Outside of iniBuild Airliners). This is what makes all this very frustrating. With the A350 it's flight after flight and every new update, something new happen in a negative way. I don't even know what else to say....Paying this much for an Airliner and having so many issues...Not fun.

You might not, but there are posts about this in the Fenix Discord server for example, PMDG also gets them.

Of course, no product is perfect—but the frequency of these issues with the iniBuilds A350 seems noticeably higher compared to what I’ve seen with other aircraft.

Haven't seen a lot about them on the forum personally, idk how it is in the Discord server
urhbantour Posted Wednesday at 05:35 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:35 PM In flight? Congratulations! I have freeze before flight, just recieve flt plan
Papy59 Posted Thursday at 04:51 PM Posted Thursday at 04:51 PM Well, this time I'm starting to get fed up. This is the fourth time I've tried to do a LFPG => RPLL flight, which is about 6,200 nm with the SID and STAR. At 1,000 nm from arrival, I start entering the arrival PERFs, and then the plane either goes into a spin toward the ground, and no controls respond, or it freezes. I really appreciate it. I use PilotLife, and I really enjoy wasting flying hours. So, if you can use an A350 for short or medium-haul flights, you have to specify this when purchasing it, which isn't cheap.🥵
Xenon341 Posted Thursday at 05:17 PM Posted Thursday at 05:17 PM If your instrument froze and the plane continued to fly, that probably a WASM crash. Can you report the problem as described in the following guide ? That's the only way the team can investigate your crash, as it doesn't happen to everyone. Thanks !

It happens any time between 5-15 hours in cruise. I lose all ability to control the aircraft with either the FCU or with physical controls. Along with the autopilot freeze, the PFD, ND, and ECAM are also frozen. OIS and MCDU works ok other than a loss in FPS. All other cockpit switches work fine. There are no WASM errors reported in console. I have tried clearing WASM folder and reinstalling the aircraft, to no avail. Same here. lost 9h flight. all freez .
The_Pharoah Posted yesterday at 01:01 AM Posted yesterday at 01:01 AM I got one of these early this week. 2 hour flight from VTBS to VHHH and as I commenced by descent, I got given a different approach from the initial one I filed (RNAV instead of ILS). When I went to input into the FMC, it froze. Then I realised nothing else worked. I could use the joystick but I couldn't click any buttons or drop the gear/flaps or anything. Had to end up ending the flight which was disappointing. Had not had a WASM crash for weeks and I haven't had once since (flown twice).
Jayberlin Posted yesterday at 11:33 AM Posted yesterday at 11:33 AM Hello all, are you really sure, that is an issue of the inibuilds aircraft ? I've tested also other aircraft and on my system with RX 7900 XTX and AMD Andrenaline V26.6.1 other planes such as FBW A380X or FBW A339 crashes also. I found out, that, when I disable FSR3 either in the antialiasing as well in the frame generation settings, I've got no more freezes or a black system monitor. So I assume, that this is more a problem related to interaction of FS2024 and FSR3 as well as the AMD drivers. However, for the time being, if FSR3 this is switched off, for my system the freezes and back screens after approx. 2,5hrs in flight or on ground, are gone. Additional I've read in some formus, that the dymanics stettings in the graphics settings shoud be switched off or set above 30 FPS, maybe that helps, too. Brgds from Berlin, Germany, Jayberlin
Xenon341 Posted yesterday at 05:29 PM Posted yesterday at 05:29 PM If you are on a 7900XTX (just like me), I recommend the 24.12 driver, old but good 🙂 TAA + FSR3 for framegen and it works great (modulo some artifact on some plane like fan blades on PMDG 777)
sstwings Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago well . just now, at the gate. all freeze . make the initial starts ok. wen receiveing the FP.... pufffff. freezze.
Eddie Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Hello all, We are doing a massive push on these WASM issues "once and for all". Our efforts are seemingly not enough for the small percentile of users that are facing these issues. Completely understandable if you do not wish to partake but please understand with your help we can squash these HOPEFULLY entirely. Like we've communicated in the past, some lingering WASM issues are mostly due to the way the simulator is currently handling WASM as a whole. Your efforts will also help us help MS/Asobo. We've created a dedicated server for this, please ONLY join if you are FULLY committed to help report the WASM crashes you experience and also committed to help our development team troubleshoot alongside you. This thread is now locked for more replies. Mentioned discord server: https://discord.gg/DuNYA4Mb Thank you very much! 1 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
