Company Flight Plan

I have MSFS 2020 & 24 when i push the button company flight plan request it starts but when finished i can not insert my flight plan as it does not show the insert section. on the OIS, i can insert sim brief info on all pages. i have my sim brief logon on activated. Can anyone please help i even did a full reinstall of both and the inibuilds software but to no avail I can not import my sim brief flight plan
