ACARS problems

I have really tried everything but I can't get the ACARS via ATC-com right. On the Hoppie site I see that I am working with the flight number so there is a hoppie connection with the plane. If I use ATIS then I mainly only get the weather report. The ATIS information with the corresponding alphabetic code not and I try to clearence flightplan I send the request but never get an answer. Because I don't have the correct ATIS alphabetic code. I check the flight plan that is OK. I set the VHF radio settings to on and pull the volume button out and turn up the volume. Lights then burn. Who can help me?

That only works if VATSIM has a controller broadcasting an ATIS and if there are no dedicated Arrival and Departure Atis' then you have to select "None" before requesting it. That will work.

I had previously fooled none and then did get the Atis information with alphabetical code. However, you then go to request-clearance and fill in your gate number and Atis code, send it via the mailbox I get no answer.
