Hi All,

I was wondering if there is a way to put a pilot in the Captain seat? I fly from the right seat, when loading the plane and starting in the captain seat I can see the First Officer. However when I switch to the "copilot" seat, I cannot see the Captain in his seat. Thx for any assistance!

Unfortunately not something you have control over changing and it is not something we have planned to do either as that would require us to move around something that we have already tweaked a tad bit too much. I will still check in with the team incase there's something you can do here but I wouldn't count on it.

Thx for getting back to me Eddie. It turns out that I just had to reselect the copilot camera which made the captain appear on his seat. 🙂

Do you still have the pilot/copilot appearing after 1.1.0? My Co pilot just disappeared after 1.1.0

I do believe they will still try to improve, I understand (try) building a study level aircraft is difficult, but when something as basic as the existing implementation of the co pilot which works fine for the last build is kind of a let down, I was skeptical that I messed something up or they just removed it

yes it is still showing after the 1.1.0 update

Damn, mine disappeared since 1.1.0 and uninstalling the a350 didn’t help… don’t tell me I need to wear out my SSD by reinstall the sim again… any ini tech support would have a clue?

In the A350-900 the copilot is still not there since the two (three?) last updates, but in the A350-1000 for me at least the copilot avatar is back since the 1.1.0 update.

It seems to change though with every update and no feedback whatsoever of the dev team on this topic since a few weeks. Well, not on the forum anyway.

I have the co pilot working on 1.0.9 on -1000 variant, which I first purchased, and then it disappeared in 1.1.0 regardless which cabin I chose or which livery I use in the 1000 just don’t have the co pilot in voice or model. Reinstalled the plane a few times and no luck on it.

Ok, hope the devs can see, I recently tried another livery (the BAE one with a BAE cabin) and BAM, the co pilot appeared again! but once I switched back to either cathay livery and default cabin, the co pilot vanished again. seems like it's a cabin+livery situation.

Since I am using all ini livery and cabin, please see if you guys can find out why it is the case and if so, please fix it if possible.

(for the default cabin, back in 1.0.9 the cathay livery pack will replace textures and logos to cathay in t he default cabin, but after 1.1.0 it no longer works and only showed the ini builds logo, please also try and see if this can be fixed.)

Thanks Eddie! One more thing I noticed is that the new build, with the default VFR position of the pilot, the HUD info is not center Ed and readable. While the co pilot view is fine.

@ eddie, any update? I really love to fly cathay, but it seems that using default cabin will ALWAYS remove the co pilot...

SU3 and still no Co-Pilot. Now we got one Co-Pilot back, in the A320. That was missing too. But none in the A330, was there before, and none in the A350.

Get the cabin pack and use anycabin except the default cabin which is somehow broken now... that's the temp solution for me

Thanks for the reply, if I have to guess it will be some kind of linking prefex in the code being messed up. maybe need to reimport the 3D model with the latest SDK just like the cabin pack to fix the issue

Ok, had another Look into your Aircrafts. We have Pilots on A300-600, A310-300, A320neo and we have no Pilots on A321, A330-200, A330-300, A350-900 and Beluga. The Aircrafts without Pilot are the newer ones. So something has changed here. But when MSFS 2024 came out 8 Months ago, there where Pilots on the A330. And another strange behaviour, there is a co on the A350-1000 but not on the -900. Happy finding 🙂

1.1.5 and the default cabin still don't work with co pilot and livery have no effect on the default cabin details, seems like it won't be fixed in a few more months
