mseder Posted Monday at 10:56 AM Posted Monday at 10:56 AM (edited) Hi Left my A350-900 trip from EKCH to KSEA going over the night. Got back and found out that the simbrief (inibuild profile) estimate for fuel plus my 6000 kg extra was not enough. The A350 was converted to a gliderplane only saved by the automatic pause (great invention Inibuilds) So, how can I save the flight? - APU can't be turned on as there is no fuel. - Can't simulate more fuel as the EFB is turned off (no gen's in action) and the MSFS fuel popup is blocked. - Can't undersrtand the RAT functionality or if it's working And IF i get it back, how can I restore ("primary lost") the IRS positioning making the flight instruments working? Solution? MSFS2020 Mats Edited Monday at 01:09 PM by mseder
Eddie Posted Monday at 07:51 PM Posted Monday at 07:51 PM Hello, When making an autosave, re-apply it twice when loaded back up. You can also load the pre-set states via the OIS. I'm not sure if that answers the question or not. Please let me know! Thank you 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
mseder Posted Monday at 09:22 PM Author Posted Monday at 09:22 PM (edited) Autosave is an excellent functionality. I guess I didn't think of the automated save. I actually have turn that off and just make my saves manually. Turning that off will of course give me fresh saves. I'll turn autosaves on Pre-set states do not offer a cruise state. I maybe don't understand "re-apply it twice when loaded back up"...twice? Why? Also I recommend that the actual time is saved in the autosave file. Restoring reutns you to the current time. Eddie Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Hello, I'll check in with the team on implementing a cruise state. As for why twice, sometimes the simulator has issues initialising the autosave, loading it twice ensures it has loaded correctly. It should save most of your parameters, perhaps that is why it is not working correctly, try twice next time just to make sure. We will continue to refine this system and we are very happy to hear the overall positive feedback regarding it, I'm sure it has saved a lot of people from breaking their PCs haha. Thank you again for the feedback 🙂 1 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
mseder Posted 8 hours ago Author Posted 8 hours ago I can recognize this loading twice procedure as neccessary. Sometimes it seems only half awaken, but after a second restart it's working. Strange but I think that was the case already with FSX. 1
