Tveo Posted June 14 Posted June 14 (edited) As explained in the statement, IniManager doesn't recognize the new version of the A350 (v1.0.12) and leaves the aircraft with the previous version (v1.0.11f). That is, IniManager assumes the aircraft is on the latest version. I've tried deleting and installing from scratch (deleting the aircraft and WASM). I've attached screenshots: Edited June 14 by Tveo
Eddie Posted Monday at 03:04 PM Posted Monday at 03:04 PM Hello, Apologies for the delay. We are aware of some issues where updates are not rolling out properly to users. Please confirm if this issue however has been resolved for you or not after the latest iniManager update. Thank you 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Somos conscientes de algunos problemas en los que las actualizaciones no se implementan correctamente para los usuarios. Sin embargo, confirme si este problema se ha resuelto para usted o no después de la última actualización de iniManager. Gracias 🙂 Not at all. I'm still stuck on the previous version, and the new Inimanager update still thinks the plane is up to date. One month later. A disaster.
Eddie Posted Monday at 08:49 PM Posted Monday at 08:49 PM Hello, Very sorry to hear. The issue stems from certain regions having issues with our provider. We are working on resolving the problem. Apologies once again for the inconvenience! 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
Tveo Posted Monday at 09:10 PM Author Posted Monday at 09:10 PM First of all, thanks for the response. Secondly, this response is surprising considering that friends of mine who live in the same country as me, have been able to update without any problems. But anyway, I have no choice but to go ahead with that response and consider it "good."
Eddie Posted Monday at 09:20 PM Posted Monday at 09:20 PM I understand. It is however not guaranteed that EVERYONE in said region would experience the same. I completely understand how frustrating this is and we are equally as frustrated for your sake. I hope we can reach a resolution soon. EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
Tveo Posted Monday at 09:48 PM Author Posted Monday at 09:48 PM It's hilarious, to say the least, to insist on the region issue when I just updated it by doing this: Okay, here's the solution that works because, more than anything, I've been stuck on 1.1.11f for a month, and I just fixed it like this: - Make sure you're on the latest version of Inimanager. - Go to C\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Inimanager. Delete EVERYTHING in that folder. Start Inimanager. This will: a) Start Inimanager as a fresh installation. Log in with your customer details. b) If you already have a previous version of Airplane installed (in my case), you'll get the new update. c) If you didn't have it installed, you can now install the latest version (currently 1.1.2c on MS24). I hope this works for everyone in "my region" or other regions "with Ini provider issues" PS: Anyway, thanks for your efforts in trying to help, Eddie. Nothing to fault in you personally. The company's "solution" that never came leaves a lot to be desired.
Eddie Posted Wednesday at 05:55 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:55 PM Hello, I'm glad it's resolved for you! We have indentified the issue and are working on a solution alongside our provider. Hopefully have a resolution ready and shipped out as soon as possible. Your patience is very much appreciated. 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
