Cruise Altitude is stuck at FL282 Instead of FL370 and won't budge at all

To start off, I am kind of a beginner with this plane and this is my first *official* flight from Paris to Mumbai with the A350. Please don't make fun of me if I look like I don't know something, because it's probably because I'm dumb and actually don't know anything. If that makes sense.

Looking around in this cockpit, do you guys see anything that you might know is affecting the altitude? I was playing around with the altitude constraints and in the original flight plan the cruise altitude was FL370. I keep on trying to change the waypoint altitude constraints to FL370 but to no avail. I try flipping the altitude mode from managed mode to selected mode and back, I try to direct the aircraft to another waypoint with a changed altitude, I changed the step climb altitudes, messing around with the OIS settings, but nothing works. I can confirm that I am on version 1.0.12. Does anybody know what's up?

What you can do : 

1) Retract the spoilers

2) Put the thrust levers to CLB mode (2 detends prior the one you have currently)

3) Press (with right mouse click) the altitude knob to tell the plane to climb to 37000 feet
