After updating to the latest build, when I load the plane it loads cold and dark with no options to turn on batteries, GPU or nothing. How do I get electrical power to the plane. The EFB is dark, and I press the power button, and it won't turn on. I see the 2 buttons that say "Ext Aval" but when I press nothing happens. Battery switches do nothing. What's going on here. Was the latest update tested before released? I've uninstalled- reinstalled, deleted wasm folder and I still get NO power!!!!!

i assure you its its not happening to others. V12 is the best build  imo. Delete the contents of your Community folder, ponly use the A350 and see what happens. And NO GSX

Why would I do that? V11 was working perfectly. GXS doesn't work because it's tied to the OSD, but the OSD won't come on. The only thing that changed was updating to V12!!

2020 or 2024?

Do you have GSX set to auto reposition?

I think since the last a350 update, when the aircraft does this reposition it removes the GPU and you then can't get power.

I got things working again after doing a uninstall and reinstalling again.

Thanks

If these issues persist, please ensure you are not on the SU3 Beta.

There is currently a bug in SU3 Beta in regards to WASM aircraft in which the product may not behave as intended; this looks like a case of that.
There should be an update to the SU3 Beta end of this week that may resolve these WASM issues.

If you'd like a faster fix, rolling back to SU2, which is the stable simulator environment, will most likely resolve your issues.

Thank you 🙂
