(FOB+FU)-BLOCK is always 0 on CRUISE ECAM page

In real life, (FOB+FU)-BLOCK indication is almost never 0 but a negative value. This can be observed in many A350 cockpit landing videos. Itd be cool if we could have variable value for this indication:)

Ini know about this issue, it should be fixed in the large update
