skruellex Posted May 31 Posted May 31 Probably for the x-th time, but here I come after patch no 11. I really come to enjoy the 350 more and more, the systems are enjoyable, the immersion is great. I got used to flying manually. Minimal inputs and very sensitive controls are fine to me, I like it and it may be like irl (idk, no pilot). But … the input lag is weird! And to me this seems off to real life, where the FBW is praised to be super direct, which it is definitely not in the INI 350 (MSFS 2024). Probably 1 second offset, which can stack up to quite heavy oscillations. Is this something you will improve in the future or is this a fundamental flight model design you chose and will not change? Would also love to here opinions from other users. KR
ThorCoolguy Posted June 13 Posted June 13 I've posted extensively about this and even provided slow-motion video evidence demonstrating the lag. The devs did acknowledge it as a problem, but only after 1) ignoring me, 2) telling me it's just bad piloting 3) telling me the flight model is perfect. But after they did finally acknowledge it, I haven't heard a peep in weeks. The latest patch notes said something about sidestick movement, so I thought maybe they'd addressed the issue, but no, input lag is still there in patch 12. I've stopped flying the $80 A350 from disenchantment.
