starjun Posted Thursday at 06:25 AM Posted Thursday at 06:25 AM Hello, anyone else observed the same phenomenon where the plane has the tendency to drift or move towards the left during landing. I 1st saw this in one of the YouTube video, and then observe it myself on 9 out of 10 landings so far... This is regardless of the wind direction or airport, infact, conscious effort needed to ensure plane don't drift to the left on landing. I have tried re-calibrating of my flight stick axis etc including rudder axis but nothing seems to help. PXL_20250529_061315952.mp4
starjun Posted Thursday at 07:15 AM Author Posted Thursday at 07:15 AM Also, a second phenomenon is difficulty in making small adjustment on the banking/rolling action. E.g., Attempt to correct a right bank (to level wing) almost always ended with overcorrection (left bank). In the video the plane was banking left and right as I was usually trying to level the wing from a right or left bank but always ended up overcorrecting...anyone encounter same or has a tried and tested solution? Jack Dudley Posted Friday at 08:30 PM Posted Friday at 08:30 PM Although I do not fly it, could it possibly be a simulated aircraft feature, where it is trying to keep on centreline (even w/o and ILS or autopilot)?
