A 350 problems

I plan a fight in simbrief and generate. I open EFB in A 350 900. Fill everything in. Send to FMC and my mouse the bix X freezes and unable to access init or anything else in eithe left or right FMC to enter any info. Even the FMC keyboard does not work but when I go to a differnt view everything is working apart from on the FMC display.

Wasted 2 hours this morning enetering everything and the the screen just started jumping about uncontrollably. Had to close down and start all over again.

Also advice please --- EFB filled in and sent to FMC but before I can enter that as a company  flight plan do I have to enter from and where to in the ini page before the flight paln that is in simbrief will load ?

Also having trouble putting navigraph on the EFB --- have included a photo ---- I had previously gone through this procedure and it says cannot do unless engines are shut down and parked. I like to just start on the runway sometimes with engines runningt to save time. Also with engines shut off the EFB is not switched on and it is black so unable to see the on off switch -- photo included

also how to know if batteries are turned on the overhead panel

I mabsolutely love this AC. Have been a Boeing man for a very long time but now I enjoy flying the AB when it is not malfunctioning !!

I bought this  a while agoi. Is there a downloadable update/upgrade please ?

Are you using 20 or 24? Sorry to hear you had issues in the beast! Have you tried a complete reinstall and clearing the WASM folder?

2020. just uninstalled and reinstalled so just going to try a flight now. cannot find the work wasm file/folder in 2020. tried looking in community folder/init a 350  and it is not there.

have just uninstalled and reinstalled ini a 350

batteries on etc but efb does not switch. the only way to do this is to press e and that starts the engines which means I cannot up date navigraph because to do that you have to be parked with engines off.
