James G Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I'm fast losing patience with INI and the A350. Why am I STILL getting airborne and then all controls freeze? I've paid over £70 for this 'study level' aircraft and I simply can't fly it! Over the past two days I've tried 5 times. I've disabled all addons. I've unlinked Navigraph. I've cleared the WASM folder. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've tried with and without cabin. I've tried no livery and different liveries. NOTHING! Every single time, without fail, all controls just freeze and I have to end my flight. I simply cannot use this aircraft. This has been going on for months, ever since I bought this on day 1. I just don't have confidence that I can ever finish a flight with this A350. As you can tell from the tone, I am very unhappy with the A350 and with Ini for not fixing these issues once and for all. They are not issues I face alone, many different forums are filled with people having the same issues. What do you advise please? I want this fixing permanently. If this cannot be fixed then I want a refund. I know your answer will be 'we don't give refunds...' However, speaking as someone who works in law, that is not a legally safe position when the product I have purchased simply does not work. In those circumstances any court would find in my favour! I look forward to your response.
NerdNet Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) Hi, XBOX or PC? I haven't had any problems with the INIBUILD A350 on either the PC in MSFS 2020 or MSFS 2024 (SU1 - SU3). Currently, I'm running MSFS 2024 SU3 with various add-ons and in VR. The last WASM crash was months ago, back in the early days of the A350 release. I also always delete the WASM cache with each update and, as a precaution, usually the rolling cache as well. PC specs: Windows 11 24H2, 9950X3D, RTX 4080 – both CPU and GPU are overclocked and undervolted, all running in a custom water-cooled loop. With SU3, performance isn't great right now – I’m getting about 40–44 FPS in VR using the Quest 3 at native resolution. Virtual Desktop then doubles the FPS, as far as possible. But that's currently due to SU3 – I've already ordered the 5090 🙂 But seriously: If you're using a PC, use y-cruncher to check your RAM stability, Prime95 to stress-test your CPU, and OCCT to test your GPU. I’ve tested everything, the PC must be 100% stable, especially under load. The A350 is currently my favorite aircraft, and I’m not experiencing any crashes – unless the VRAM gets full, which is a current issue in MSFS 2024. Edit: I use Navigraph and Active Sky FS all the time. Have a nice Day, Patrick Edited 11 hours ago by NerdNet

I’m running a good system with room for capacity. I do monitor my PC performance each flight. The issue is with this sub-standard product for me, and the sub-standard customer service from Ini to either a) permanently fix the issue I (and others) have been having since release or b) accept that the product is faulty and issue a refund. Though of course they won’t do this due to their flawed blanket policy of ‘no refunds in any circumstances’. As the latter is against my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have raised a disputed payment with my credit card company in order to pursue a full refund. I simply cannot use this product. It doesn’t work and Ini have done little to help me resolve this. Therefore I’ve deleted the product, I won’t be re-downloading and I’ll stick with the trusted Fenix until I find a stable and reliable long haul aircraft. I’m hugely disappointed as I saw myself as a user of this A350 for many years to come. James.
