NZPM (Palmerton North): textures of grass (runway) missing

I just purchased today in the iniStore NZPM for MSFS2024, advertised on the store page as being compatible. The store page says it's version 1.1, the download is version 1.0.2 however.

There is an issue with the grass runway, I get white/black checkerboard instead of grass. To me that looks like textures are missing. Attached a screenshot.

I tried starting MSFS without any other addons, but that did not make a difference. I only use MSFS2024.

Please advise solution.
