WASM crash when loading airport map?

Hi,

I was doing a flight from jfk to hel and the wasm probably crashed when zooming in into the airport in ND. I looked at the console and that dosen't seem to indicate a wasm crash what is realy weird considering all the displays froze and couldn't tauch anything ect. Never had this problem before.

The same thing happened to me several times this weekend. My displays just froze on a 6 and half hour flight to Ghana from Heathrow. Pretty frustrating.

Sorry to hear this happened, I know it is frustration, can you confirm what version you are running? Could you confirm you have tried a complete reinstall and a deleted WASM folder?

I am on 1.0.10 and I have done a complete reinstall and deleted the WASM folder before installing the 1.0.10. Probably I will have to a reinstall again.
Other info:
Aircraft: A350-900
Simulator: FS2024
Navdata: Navigraph
Specs: ryzen 7800X3D, rtx 5070TI and 64gb of 60000 mhz ram.

I also just had another WASM-crash 🙄

 

Situation:

At the gate (inibuilds KLAX), preparing the flight and programming the FMGC. Complex flightplan (KLAX to NZAA) with ETOPS, several FIX insertions and ETP calculations as well as SEC flight plans with diferrent SIDs.

 

My specs:

- MSFS 2024 SU2

- A350 v.1.0.10 (WASM-folder cleared before update)

- Several addons like scenery, Beyond ATC, FSUIPC, etc.

 

Hopefully, this will finally be sorted out...this error drives me crazy!

We really want to resolve these for all effected users to the best of our ability so your help is appreciated in that effort. So please provide the relevant info if you're experiencing this rather than just a "me too".

Why?
These are very circumstantial and instance-specific crashes. 

We need to match the conditions best possible via your provided info to try and re-create (then debug) these crashes. Even then there is no guarantee we can reproduce, however with the relevant info we can keep trying over and over until we can.

- Aircraft: A350-900 or -1000
- Simulator: FS2020 or 24
- Navdata Method: SIM DEFAULT or NAVIGRAPH
- IMPORTANT OFP: Include a PDF of your Operational Flightplan (OFP) and also what exactly was in the SEC F-PLN before swapping. 
- Specs: CPU, GPU and RAM of your system.
- IMPORTANT Autosave File:  Please include the latest ".bin" autosave file prior to your crash. Path can be found in the forum posts linked above.
