Bigt Posted May 18 Posted May 18 (edited) The A332 and A333 Rolls Royce variants seems to have very muted reverse thrust sounds in the sim. I have been fortunate to sit in first/business class on A330-200s with the Rolls Royce Trent-700s and it is actually quite loud with the amount of rushing wind noise when the reverser doors open and the air begins to be redirected . @Eddie Are you able to have the team adjust this? The video below gives somewhat of an example although it's from an A333 with RR where the engines are even further back but it's still much louder than what is represented in MSFS 2024. Skip to about 2min37seconds for the landing and example of the noise with reverse thrust. Again, can this be updated at some point in a Sim Update? EDIT: @Eddie I do want to say thank you guys for capturing the iconic/classic Rolls Royce Trent-700 howl on spool up and the buzzsaw sound when thrust is set! That part of the soundset on your aircraft is quite good! Edited May 18 by Bigt
rayzaw Posted October 9 Posted October 9 Microsoft/Inibuilds seriously fell short with this aircraft. If they weren’t planning to give one of the most legendary widebodies the attention it deserves, then what was the point of starting it at all?
Bigt Posted October 14 Author Posted October 14 Yeah, some of the sounds need work. @Eddie Are you you able to say whether or not any more sound work is being done?
Eddie Posted October 14 Posted October 14 Hello, There are no plans, as far as I'm aware for such an update. It is best to suggest additions or give feedback on the default aircraft via the MSFS forum. They are Microsoft products at the end of the day. Thank you 🙂 1 EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Eddie Posted October 15 Posted October 15 Ties back to the whole "They are Microsoft products at the end of the day". We do not own them therefore have no rights to modify or "upgrade" them in that sense. EddieCommunity Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
