Throttle and Paddles

I have a issue with my A350. The issue is that throttle isn't working on the joystick. The Joystick work it just throttle(The throttle work with another planes). I cannot turn up power on the A350. I tried to reinstall the A350 but it did't work. I had this issue for about three month. It was another issue with my A350 to. When i purchases the A350 and wanted to test out, the paddles was working but it did't turn very good. I tried my best to fix it but it did't work. And yes i updated the A350 multiple times and it still did't work. I did't even do a flight with my A350 for three month i dont know what to do. So can you please help me:((((
