Permanent display and secondary flight plan bugs

1. So when you set time to manual via Time FMS function the permanent display UTC time stops once you close Time MFD page and only resumes once you open the page back.
2. In cruise once you import active flight plan into SEC 2 or SEC 3, it is incorrectly imported with almost all waypoint missing. This bug basically renders SEC 2 and SEC 3 pages completely unusable.
3. If active flight plan imported into SEC 1 and new destination set, the SEC 1 flight plan is all messed up.
