Transfer request submitted, any update for me please?

Regarding:  

I purchased KLAX for msfs 2020 from SimMarket (order number 3360365).  But they are not offering the 2024 upgrade price of UK 4.99.     Can I get this price direct from your website?  I just created an account there (ralph@cooperbiz.com) – or do I now have to pay the full price?

Thanks for quick response, but you have sent me the 2020 KLAX (the one I already have) , I am requesting to purchase the 2024 version at the reduced price!
