Not sure what the above says, but by the title yes.  Go to the planes folder in the packages (wherever it is on your system). On mine for 2020 it is YOUR SIM FOLDER/Local State/Packages

Under the folder for the A350 you will see files like .cache  .dll  .lib and .obj.  Everything NOT in the WORK folder. 

Delete those.  They will rebuild when you load the plane into the sim.

That link is unusable and has been all the time.
There is no work folder or files of the type mentioned in the inibuilds-aircraft-a350 folder.
That "help" should be updated as it do not work and only adds more confusion.
