Left OIS Screen Questions

Hi,

1. When I import my FPL via Simbrief I don not get the red marked area on the right (see Screenshot) when clicking OFP. I only get this when I generate a FPL via FLT OPS PLAN on the OIS. That would be nice to have that on a Simbrief import as well. 

2 What are the AVNCS/EFB switch and the View Offside pushbutton do?
