A320 neo v2 ERROR DOWNLOADING DATA

guys im new to flight sim, but i did have learn some basics. I'm having trouble when I want to input INIT DATA it said ERROR DOWNLOADING DATA. i already input my flight id same 6 numbers like on my simbrief but it won't works. and I also don't see pilot id option on ATSU. please help me someone

Can you show me a screenshot of your flight-tablet (EFB) and how/where you have inputted your Simbrief ID?

Are you sure you have put the correct Simbrief ID at the top of OPTIONS?

Ok. Try emptying what you have put in, exiting the options tab then going back and inputting the pilot ID again. This way it "resets".

Very odd. I'm honestly not sure. I've checked in with the team and will get back to you!

Ok so, try inputting using on-screen keyboard on the EFB rather than your keyboard. And after setting it, try restarting sim. Sometimes if SimConnect has died, it stops loading.

Other things to try is a different flightplan (make sure the official simbrief profile is used, linked in FAQ) 

This error also happens when route is invalid for the current AIRRAC. 

If you're using an outdated AIRAC to generate the flightplan on Simbrief, but sim uses latest by default it'll cause this error.

@Eddiei've tried a minutes ago and it works, it try to input the id with EFB keyboard and it works. thankss a lot
