“CAB PRESSEXCESS CAB ALT” and warring sounds from start gaming - v1.0.8

As the video linked below, if we start a new game from the air

1. The default start statuses are incorrect, eg, Flap, Throttle, Spoiler—landing gear, even at high altitude.

2. After fixing the wrong setting above manually, the “CAB PRESSEXCESS CAB ALT” will be displayed on the screen.
    If the starting altitude is above 30000 feet, the aeroplane will keep diving and enter “AUTO FEMR DES ENGAGED”  mode, and AP can never be engaged; the throttle can not work and “CAB PRESSEXCESS CAB ALT”  will be displayed until it hits the ground.
   If the starting altitude is around 10000 (landing), the aeroplane can be saved by manual operation and AP can be engaged after saving the plan, but “CAB PRESSEXCESS CAB ALT”  will be displayed until landing.

3. The  “CAB PRESSEXCESS CAB ALT” only happens when I upgrade to 1.0.8 (Delete 1.0.7 before installing 1.0.8)
    Flap open, Throttle idle, Spoiler open, Landing gear down act as same as v1.0.5 to 1.0.7
