For some reason I do not understand as soon as I load the new A350 on my MSFS2020 the ATC sound and instructions do not work

Impossible to hear something and no reaction when pressing 1, 2, 3 etc… This is the only plane IHavebthis problem 

any solution ! Thanks in advance
