A350 in MFS2024 can't move

I would like to asked I already release the parking brake, and push the throttle to TOGA, but the airplane still hold on the ground, this is the first time I flight A350 after purchase.

Other type of airplane in MFS2024 is normal to move.

IDK what throttle you are using but go to  it's controls  on the sim and check the binds, i found some brakes axies on mine , write "brakes" on the search bar and unbind any brakes , lmk if it's done , then bind what you need"
